do ricordia grow very fast? my new ones seem to be getting bigger already after only a week. do they grow that fast?

Some grow fast, some grow slowly. Rather than growing, yours are probably just expanding to adjust to the different lighting in your tank, as I don't think you'd see any growth in only a week.

Phytoplex iI would assume if they are filter feeding. things like CoralVite and other supplements help them to expand quickly as well.

I feed mine mysis soaked in garlic and C. They fold up around it. I use a syringe.

Nope, solid foods. Meaty foods. Mysis, brine, krill, stuff like that.
