can i just buy the $82 50 GPD RO/DI pure water club, or do i also have to get special fittings and attachments? Can i hook it up to a sink and still be able to use it? i have never delt with these.

It should come with everything you need to hook it up to the plumbing under the sink. If you want to attach it to the faucet instead, you will need to buy the additional faucet adapter.
