Well this is the system i ended up buying all up was $300 as i got it off ebay with a bid of $255 with $50 postage to my doorstep, as well as being able to drink it and put it under the sink i hope this will do my aquarium needs. What do you guys think, this do the job??

Once my Ro system gets here and i hook it up, is there a time limit to how long you should let the water run though the filters? After that should i immediately do a 20%+ water change on my tank, as it has just de-chlorinated tap water that went through a 2 stage charcoal filter?

You should look at also adding a DI chamber to that RO unit. That will give you 100% pure water, the RO unit will get it to about 95% right. I think that you can find them at www.bulkreefsupply.com

yup, thats a nice system. should keep your reef aquarium nice and tidy. and cut back on the maintenance you'll have to do on your aquarium

I have one that has DI and is great for drinking.

Usually you can disconnect the DI filter and reconnect it when you are, for example, filling a tub for tank water.
