how can i stack up my rock against the back glass forming a wall???i saw a video of a guy who did it and the tank looks awesome....do you glue the rock put cement????

Two popular ways: drilling holes through the rock and putting acrylic rods through those holes, and zip tying rocks together with the natural holes in the rock. For the most part, rockwork is totally up to you.

techincally yes, but you have to do it before you put any water in the tank

this is dry rock not live rock...will i be able to just take it out and put cement let it dry and rinse it????

if its been in your tank for any amount of time it has become live rock. Live rock just means it has a population of bacteria on it that can process waste into les toxic chemicals.
I would not do to this to the tank you already have, there are much easier ways of making a rock wall.

I don't know if I would use cement. Some cement contains various metals that can leach out. Look into epoxy putty.

the gel works much, much, much better underwater
And if at least 3 of your fingers arent glued together, than you didnt use enough.
