Sep 29, 2009 #1 nufiefish Newfiefish just wondering how you guys deal with the salt that gets on everything filters,covers etc.. .My tank has only been filled for 4 days and i can see the build, just wondering if there are any tips you guys could share:D

Sep 29, 2009 #2 bjohanson1234 ......... Wipe it off with a damp rag. Keep the water from splashing. (easier said than done I know) If you have air stones, or air jets on your powerheads, remove them. The little bubbles popping at the surface will create alot of salt build up
