spaghetty worm's in the sand are good or bad???....
I think are spaghetti warms they are comming out from the sand when is feeding time but i see only the hair +/- 1/4 inch long

They're safe.

Sometimes they will grow close to or among your corals and can irritate them and keep them closed. In that case, they can be bad. But if they are in the sand they are harmless.
