Spider Web Sack

    I have a spider egg sack like growth on my reef. They started off looking just like a spider egg sack, but now they have tiny tubes coming out. Im new to reefing and still don't know a lot. My normal source of information is on vacation this week. I will try and post some photos so y'all can see what I am seeing. Reef Critter.jpg

    Welcome to the forum :) Could be a type of clear sponge, but hopefully someone will be able to help identify it.

    Clear sponges. A sign of a healthy tank IMO. Nothing to worry about.

    If they start to over-populate, suck 'em out with a turkey baster. No worries.
