Spots on Tang

Just noticed some spots on one side of my tang. Can anybody help identify what they could be?

I dont see any spots in that photo, but it looks like an Acanthurus tang, so my first guess is going to be ich

They are underneath the fin..there are 3 little round spots...He is a power brown tang

Went back and checked on it an hour later and it looked like it had changed a little bit...but then I went and looked at the previous video that I took (which I got that picture from) and it really hasn't, maybe a little bit more pronounced...

The picture attached is the most recent one I took, about 15 minutes ago...(it is not a video- i just screen shot my phone)

That looks to be some sort of a scrape or abrasion but it's hard to say. As long as the fish continues to eat normally, he should be okay. It will heal.

If it is ich, that's another story...
