Strange Growth in My Tank!

[Samhain]

This has been in my new tank since I set it up at the beginning of this year. I'm assuming it rode the rocks that I got at the same time I purchased my new tank. It's shown a little growth, but doesn't appear to move. I have no clue what it is, but it's kinda interesting....
