Sump/Frag tank equipment

I am planning to put a frag tank in my sump. the area is around 15 gallons of water.
Would to ecoxotic led strip lights be enough for softies and some lps. also would i need a powerhead.

Post a pic of your sump?

If there is water in your sump flowing where they will be placed the current alone should be fine. But if the frag tank is separate but hooked up to the sump you will need a powerhead. Now with lighting you may want to wait for someone that is more specialized in the lighting department.

I can't vouch forthose lights, but I think a PAR 38 bulb in a clip-on desk gooseneck lamp thing.

I think the Par28 bulb is an excellent suggestion, that is what I am running over my tank with fantastic results.
