sump pump help!!

Okay so it came time to buy a pump for my sump a am build for my 30 gallon tank and the sump is a 10 gallon tank, where i am having a hard time is picking a suitable GPH pump the water is going to have to be pumped 6 and a half feet to and from the sump :frustrat: also since it is a small sump i think i am going to run into the the pump pumping to much water and the over flow not be able to keep up, i have been looking at the following pumps: Odyssea Water Pump

I would think one like this would be fine for you .. and I would think the md5
Aquarium Water Pumps: Supreme Classic Mag Drive Pump
a little more expensive but a much more relaible pump.. and put a ball valve in after the pump on the return so you can always slow the flow from the pump if needed..

was looking into one of those already but a little to expensive for what im looking for. but any thought about the " max head " of a pump i should be looking at?

if you wanted to go with the quiet one pump I would go with the 2200 you are going to lose quite a bit of flow due to pipe restriction, ruturn height, and elbows..
odyssea pump i wouldnt trust I had two and both died quickly on me..
