How often should I clean the sump bags? Also, is there supposed to be some kind of chemical filtration in the sump i.e. bio balls?

Also, when I get new creatures, if I am to drip acclimate them, what do I put them in? Especially if I have like 10 new things?

1st, do you mean filter socks as "sump bags"? If so 2x's per week is just fine. Put some lr in place and stay away from bio balls.
2nd, if you mean creatures such as snails, hermits, crabs, and shrimp, just go ahead a match water temp and put them in. They will be just fine. If you have fish, then yes drip them in to your system

Yes, filter socks. How do you clean them? I already have live rock in there so that should be good. Ok, so just fish I should drip acclimate? I have 2 watchman gobies coming on Friday, do I drip acclimate them right in the bag they come in? Or should I have some sort of tank just for this purpose?

Filter socks...... I stick them in the washer with 10% bleach. They set out after to dry for a couple of days. I pre rinse them before i install them. Use delicate cycle so bags dont rip.
Check you shippers way to acclimate. Typically fish are floated for 1/2 hr and dripped for an hour.
