SunPod Lighting

I have been making a lot of posts about lighting lately :)....anyways I received my SunPod 150w HQI ficture yesterday. Currently I am running the MH for 8hrs a day (12pm to 8pm)...I also have all the led's running at the same time which I have heard is unecassary. I was wondering what lighting schedule people use who have the SunPod fixture? Like 8hrs MH, 1hrs white and blue Led's, then 14hrs blue led with a 15 minute overlap of led's to simulate sunset and rise? Any input is appreciated :)

I don't use the sunpod but i do run MH with no supplemental lighting. I run my halides for 12 hrs per day and am thinking about running them for 13-14. I never turn off my moonlights either (don't have space on the power strip for 2 more timers).

I run 3 halides one on each hour starting at 11 am and one off each hour starting at 5 for 6 hours of mh. of course I have additonal lighting on before and after for a total of 14 hours. keep us posted.
