10 to 20% of the tank's volume once a week or every other week, depending on your bioload.

When you pick it out at your LFS,give it the sniff test.If the rock smells like ammonia,then it'll need to be cured before adding to your tank.If theres no ammonia smell,its safe to add.

well these had those great fishtank smell to them(am I the only one who likes it?!) lol So im gonna let it sit for the night and hopefully the cloudiness will clear up:grumble: lol

It may even take a day or two to clear up -- but you shouldn't worry about the cloudiness. It's not harming anything.

So the water hasn't cleared up at all, Im afriad i might have to redo everything . What I mean by cloudy is like, U cant even see the rock through the tank.

yeah, one powerhead at the moment, but disregard this picture, the water is still a bit cloudy but has cleared up a considerable amount now. :)
