Temporary Coral Holding Tank

Bebop

Reefing newb
Reefstock is a little more than two weeks away and my tank won’t quite be ready yet, so I need to set up a temporary holding tank for corals. I’m not 100% sure I’ll be buying (or what I'll be buying), but it’s better to have a temporary holding tank set up to be safe than sorry.

I am setting up a 10g temporary tank (it should only need 3 or 4 weeks) I already have some stuff form my quarantine tank (50 watt heater, 300 gph pump, 10g tank from Wal Mart). I’m going to stock it with some LR from my LFS (to hopefully skip or greatly shrink the cycle).

So my question is for LPS and soft corals: how much LR, how much lighting, and how much flow?

Also, I will not be buying any fish (and probably not any inverts) so what should I use for feeding corals?

Any suggestions are appreciated!

No need to feed the corals, i would aim for 20x the tank volume turned over per hour and I would see if you can find some t5 lighting for the tank.
