The clownfish shake?

Ok I saw them do this at the store every now and again, and ive seen alot of other fish do it also. But why do fish do that shaking thing? Like one of my clowns will get near the other, say within 1 centimeter lol, and one will do this body shake thing??? Why is that?

Its for defense.The smaller clownfish (normally the male) will shake whenever the larger clownfish(possibley a female) shows aggression towards it, this will often trigger the larger fish to back off.
