Torch Coral placement

I have a torch coral frag and want to know if the flow is about right or too much? does it look like it has the full tentacles out?

It looks pretty happy to me.

That one looks pretty happy. When I had my torch in that much flow it ended up retracting for a couple days before I moved it to lower flow and it's been there for a few months now.
