Tubipora Musica?

Is this Tubipora (Pipe Organ) or something else? I've seen pictures of Tubipora and it looks kind of like this, but I'm not sure.
Also, it looks like one polyp migrated to a ledge next to the colony. Is this common and will it reproduce and grow into a seperate colony?

soft=star polyps.

The one on the right looks like an anthelia(with one l).
