Turnover rate for 90G FOWLR?

Can someone tell me what the recommended water turnover rate is for a 90G FOWLR using a sump. I'm not asking about a flow rate but rather what GPH needs to go through my sump. Water enters my sump on opposing ends. One end is the fuge and the other is the skimmer section. Both spill into a center return section and pumped back to the display tank. Thanks for your help

How do I achieve 10X or more when my overflow drain and piping can't handle that much???
I was answering this question ... there is only so much water you can get to go through your sump in an hour. The rest of the turnover is handled via powerheads

There is no real "set" rate of flow for your sump. Most people try to slow the water in the sump to spend a little time there getting conditioned, r filtered. Sorry, I did miss read the question. You will, however, need good flow in the tank.
