Water Changes

I was also wondering about water changes I know that you are supposed to do them now are you just supposed to scoop out five gallons of tank water and replace it with five gallons of fresh or are you supposed to replace it with salt water.

Replace it with saltwater. General rule is 10 percent a week or 20 percent every 2 weeks.

When you do water changer you need to replace it with salt water. Most people have the temp the same as the water in the tank.

ok understood now should I wait till after the tank is done cycling.

Yes after cycle is complete.

Just as a side note, replace water change water with saltwater, but replace evaporated water with freshwater.
