Water Changes?

When doing water changes... is it better to do 10% weekly or 20% every other week? I know some people do them once a month.

Our tank isn't fully stock.. just 3 fish and 19 cleaners. This weekend though we are thinking about getting 2 Clowns or maybe just 1 fish and a cleaner shrimp.

IMHO, better to do more frequent/less water.
This way you have less fluctuation with temp and other parameters.

My old tank (and the new build) have an auto water change system that changes out just ounces of water every few minutes. The ultimate in stability.
