I getting the equipment to setup a 100 gal reef tank. Was thinking about getting 2 of the
Hydor Koralia Evolution Pumps 750gph would this be too much water movement, should I have them alternate, or should they be bigger. Any suggestions would be helpfull.

The flow you need will depend on what you're going to keep in the tank. Rule of thumb from the equipment article posted here is:

Live rock with soft corals – 20x your tank volume per hour
LPS and SPS corals – 40x your tank volume per hour

Are you going to have a sump? If so then that pump will add some flow to the system which might put you at around 20x. It's definitely not too much though. As far as alternating the pumps, I'm not sure... Someone else may be able to speak to that.

I use 3 of those in my 90. 2 would probably be enough, though.
