I noticed these weird tentacle things in my 47 gallon the other day. They are clearish white in color. They seem to be attached to the LR, and just blow gently in the current. Any ideas?

Looks like the web that Vermetid snails produce to me. Totally fine, but Vermetid snails bug me!

That's what I thought at first. But I have vermetid snails, and these things aren't them. There is no shell at the base of the tentacles at all, and they don't blow away like vermetid snail webs do, they just sway back and forth in the current all day and night.

Dont have to be Vermetids below them, they spray out mucus to catch detritus in the water column and these webs can become detached and just get caught and stay there.

Hmm, not sure about that. But I bet they're totally reef safe.
