weird worm in rock

i turned off my lights and left the atinic(not sure if spelled right) lights on and i notice a worm coming out of one of my rocks. i looked at it and it doesnt have the appearance of a bristle worm. it kinda looks like an earthworm but smaller in size. what could it be?


and i had no idea where to put this thread. i was thinking identification but i have no picture so sorry if in the wrong place.

ok i just checked it out some more and its head looks black and then it has a white stripe.
