What are these White Spots

they look like new growth to me they should start to get some color soon just like the white tips are new growth

The only white I see on my corals are at the tips where they're growing or trying to branch. I can't tell from pic what coral is that? It looks droopy to me like a soft coral.

It's a hard coral, Bird nest, but the person who grow it somehow got it upside down. That's why it looks that way.

That's very cool! I didn't expect that I could actually see the coral growth from day to day.

There are more and more new white tips and they are growing fast too, but I've notice that the entire top part are very light pinkish color. The polyps seem to be smaller and very light pinkish color instead of brown like the rest of those at the under side. Is this normal? Is it too much light or too much flow?

birdsnest grows fast. just keep up you calcium alk and mag levels. you are getting good growth from yours.
