Any sort of phytoplankton will be beneficial for corals. But don't overdo it, some don't need supplemental feeding and you'll just be adding more nutrients to your water.

I've never fed any of my coral. They get all they need from the water and light.

Most of the corals I don't feed.So it all depends on the corals.Sun corals,goniopora and on rare occasions the brains is all I feed.

Cyclopeeze,oyster eggs and Reef Roids.They need very tiny foods and spot fed.

yeah about feeding fish I feed mine once a day is that too much

Once a day is fine. But just don't over do it.

As long as your not feeding so much that theres left overs floating around,you'd probably be alright.

I feed my fish a little in the morning and a little in the evening. It's the only way I can keep my daughter from wanting to feed them all the time.
