That's a damsel...you might want to reconsider not getting him. They're evil as heck and will harass and kill other fish you put in your tank

I have a yellow tip damsel in the tank now, seems to get along with the others fine. Does this specific kind of damsel more aggressive then damsels? Any idea what kind of damsel is it?

That's not necessarily a meaner damsel, just that they (damsels) in general tend to do alright at first, but become very territorial and sometimes homicidal towards any other fish you add AFTER adding the damsel. The are also fast as hell and difficult to catch once they've become a problem in your community.
