Finally stumbled upon what this is. It's a Bonellid Echiuran Worm. Well technically it's the proboscis of the worm. :lol: I wasn't even looking for this when I found it. Guess it's kinda like looking for the keys: stop looking and bam there they are... lol Go figure. Thanks.
