I'm assuming you're talking about the zoas? And if so, the one in front is a palythoa.

Will they ever spread to the rock? I know nothing about these. The one in front is ugly can I kill it?

Yea, they'll start spreading after a while. If you want to get rid of that one you can just cut it off with an exacto knife.

you can move it to a different part but it will just spread. So I would just get rid of it full stop if you think it is so ugly
