What skimmer would you NOT recommend?

So now that Im done building my sump for my 55gal, I need to get a skimmer to put in it. I really dont know which brand to get. I know I want an in-sump skimmer, and obviously one thats good for a 55gal tank. I figured it would be easier to ask the people here who have way more experience than I do which brands I shouldnt get as opposed to which brand they endorse. So is there any notorious brand know for shoddy skimmers?

Red Sea Skimmers have not been a favorite. Also Prism.

Stay away from SeaClones.

The kind of that only use an airstone don't do enough enough to make them worth it. The ones with a needle wheel are better.
