I would guess spaghetti sponge. Is it squishy?

I didn't touch it for fear that I would damage it if it was a good thing. I seems to have gotten a little bigger since I took the pic (sunday).

So is this stuff good? Will it go away on its own? Its growing VERY fast.

It's reef safe, a filter feeder. If you don't want it, just pull it off.
