Whats this hitchiker?

I am not sure what the little round with tentacles, almost clear things are. There are like 10 or so on the rock.

Sweet! I've got a bunch of them! probably more than the quick 10 estimate...not a bad deal for a 4.99 mushroom(not pictured).

They usually don't live very long in our tanks, but I've had one in my 10 gallon tank for 6 months now, and it's only getting bigger. They really are beautiful looking. They can come in different colors too.
