White and brown, in tank, Worm/Star?

I was gonna transfer my live rock to the new tank today and noticed these.

The ends of this thing/things look like white and brown stripes when in the tank, yet, turn green and black in sunlight. Should I dip these things off the rock? What are they?

Whoo hoo! I was getting worried. After I noticed that one, I started to see how many were actually there. I see tentacles all over the tank now. Glad it's a good guy, because I have tons of them.
