Hello,my question is my tank and everything in my refugium has gotten little white specs onthem, they are hard and stuck pretty solid. Has anyone had these and if so can you get rid of them

They're probably spirorbid worms. You can just scrape them off if they're bothering you.

Will they bother the fish or corals, or are they just a pain in the butt

Nope. They're harmless little filter feeders. They don't bother anything.

I have a bunch of them after a while you wont see them unless you move a rock. They tend to be on the backs. I dont know if they move, blend in or ya just stop seeing them. :D

They are harmless to the other tank inhabitants.
Some considerations though:
1. They can build up inside your underwater equipment too. Powerheads, skimmers, etc. So keep an eye on your equipment and clean them as needed.
2. Avoid touching/scraping them with your hands or arms. The edges could be sharp and different people's skins react to the buggers differently.
3. To a certain degree, they compete with other tank inhabitants for calcium and other trace elements in your water as they build calcified shells.
