Who ships to Canada?

Home - Ocean Aquatics Ltd.
is one of my lfs here in vancouver. they are located in an industrial area and 95% of their business is online... but they are pretty good and having had a look at their frag tanks can confirm that they do things alright. I'm not sure how their pricing compares to american vendors.
The site also lacks pictures of most of the coral so if you arn't sure what something is it can be annoying to not have a picture to see right there

Red Coral Aquariums, which is probably one of the best stores in Canada is opening a store in Edmonton at the end of September, so if you can wait, it'll be worth it. Also check out www.canreef.com at the buy/sell section for people selling stuff in Edmonton.

There are a number of vendors in the Toronto area that ship across Canada. The reason US vendors do not ship to Canada is because it is illegal to import corals, and fish and other items into the country. I believe they even limit the amount of LR coming into the country, according to my connections at the Ministry of the Environment.

Honestly, I've had excellent experiences with Oakville Reef Gallery. They're costs are exceptional when you see the quality and size of the specimens they sell. Usually $40 for anything in the tanks or 3 for $100. Anytime I've bought there they've refused to sell certain pieces because of the health and offered others instead. To me this is impressive as they're concerned with their quality.
