worm ???

OK I have 2 kinds of worms in my tank can't get a clear pic, the one only comes out after all the lights are out

1) it lives in a small hole in some rock it is dark with bands on it and when it retracts in folds into it's self??? :grumble:

2) sand worms??? I pulled one out the other day and the tube looks clear and has sand stuck to it

are they bad and what do I do??

OK I found a pic of the one worm that only comes out at night it is listed under unknown species the (Nemertea) ribbon worms

the other looks like it might be a sand mason worm (lanice)
