can i cut the entire xenia plant at the foot to put it on a main piece of live rock? i hate the frag plug its on.

get some gloves or your hands will smell like poop. rubberband it to the rock you want it on super glue will not hold it to a rock

Luckily the spot is between two rocks so I think I can wedge it there temporarily. I hate the look of rubberbands in a tank so I'll try that first then use em f I have to

when i make frags of xenia i sew them on the rock with fishing line it works great

hmm makes sense.. and then just cut it off once theyve attached?

yep you just cut it and pull it out it does not hurt the coral to stick the needle and line through it

btw it has been done... i think its already kinda sticking to it.. not attached by any means but when it touches a rock and clings to it gently hhehehe
