so i got this little tiny fish thats a cleaner fish small and long with blue stripes and my koran angel and clownfish now have ick and are ichy so i got this fish and was wondering if he will even clean or if i should get a cleaner shrimp

IMHO,neither.....do hypo and cure your fish of ich....
,but to answer your question, sounds like a cleaner wrasse,and,yes a cleaner shrimp will pick and clean your fish every time they get ich

+1 Nemo..but it does not get rid of ich...they just pick off what they see, but nothing internal.

Probably a sign the koran is in a tank too small from him and the clown is feeling stressed because the koran is too
