Feather Duster

Reefing newb
This morning when I was doing my morning flashlight check I discovered I have a Feather Duster, Finally a creature I did not have to pay for,:^: I know they are filter feeders and such, but any advice of thoughts would be helpful.

my actual question is should I worry about him being less than and inch from my tube anenome or will he move himself in needed...????

You don't need to do anything special to take care of it. It should do fine in your tank! Feather dusters are great. I started out with one purple and white hitch hiker, and 5 years later, I have a whole rock that is covered in dozens of them, and they are BIG. Just from that one hitch hiker! Way cool... I'd post a pic if I could figure out how to work my new camera .

The tube anemone shouldn't hurt it. It will retract into its tube if it's disturbed or bothered.
