Snail poop

My snails are pooping every were does this raise nitrate?

Probably not. Cleaner crew animals clean up more waste than they produce. They don't count towards your bioload. I've never seen one of my snails poop... What does it look like?

My tank is LITTERED with snail poop and i only have 2 snails its kinda gross actually. I would think that it is going to be like a worm and it removes pathogens and consumes all biological material and outputs clean soil. I wouldnt be worried about it causing problems it doesnt seem to rot or do anything for that matter it just makes the sand look bad lol.

My golf ball size turbo snails leave's turds bigger then me! Seriously, they are probably an inch long

so I am guessing that algae looks worse than snail poop so that is why we still use snails right?

Its easy to fight snail poop, just remove the snail. Its not so easy with algae,

but you cant really compare snail poop to algae. Snails remove more then they actually leave behind...algae is just annoying.
