The tiger goby is just like the diamond goby, except for the tiger stripes...it shifts sand, and is a hardy, reef safe fish...best to keep just one though, territorial towards its own kind...
I'm not a sand sifting goby fan.
I had one and it scooped all the sand from under my rockwork, which made the rockwork shift, then dumped the sand on top of the corals.
Fish that look similar to it may not get along with it. Other gobies may not get along with it. Blennies and dragonets may not get along with it (but those guys will probably be okay).
