My cheto is turning white is it to much light?

I have a fuge that pumps 300gph and a number 1 koralia and a number 3 at the other end of my 55gal and the number 3 is moving my sand no matter where I point it at.Do ya think a 2 koralia would be better than that 3.

What is the best bulbs for my tank? I have the coralife fixure that have 4 double compact bulbs in it at 65wattt a piece. I want to keep polyps and mushrooms with a bulb anemone. Right now I have 2 10k and 2 actinic. Are they alright or a different combination of lights.

yea looks alittle like a bristle worm but not sure. do bristle worms get big the ones in my fuge are like .5 inch and smaller

They look like a millipede can see it alittle its maroon with like white running down its sides they are in my fuge.

Just changed from crushed coral to sand. Sand is getting a brown crust on it is this algae? Should I do anything about it or let it run its course?

Started to take out cc and wow the amount of food that was down there was alot. Do you think I should take sand from my fuge and put some with the new sand for the tank or just let it be from the bag?

Will I have to turn off all powerheads to put in sand? Will the fish be ok with the dust from the sand in the tank?

I have tank running over a year with crushed coral on bottom can I add live sand over the coral with the fish in the tank?

Looks like a piece of rice growing in my tank have pretty many of them will try to get better pic tomorrow.
