I have a 46 gallon tank that im turning into a reef tank. I just tested my calcium level in my tank. It was 400ppm. Does any one have any suggestions as to what it should be? Should i be does my tank with calcium?

I actually have about 8 or 9 black urchins which i never bought. I asumed they came from my live rock and they are getting big.

I have been doing some research on silversides. They seem to be larger then my fuzzy dwarf lionfish. My lionfish is only About 1 1/2". Are the silverslides gonna be ok for him?

He came out last night after i turned the light off. I put in some mysis and he didn't eat. Gonna keep my eye on him.

Where can i get silversides? Are they available at LFS's?

The guy at the LFS said he was eating frozen mysis which is what i am feeding him. It sounds like he will come around. I will just keep my eye on him for now. Thanks

I use API test kits for ammonia and nitrite. I use Sera test kit for the PH. I guess my question is can you guys recommend...
