for now in my 40 breeder i have just the 12 gallon jbj cube cf lighting over it i would just want to add a small frag to give it some color but in about a month i will be upgrading to Diy leds

well blennies and damsels are both territorial, maybe the blenny was feeling the damsel was threatening to over take the blennys territory and he wasn't going to take it. just an idea maybe. lol

yes it is eating and i have mostley confirmed it is not ich, it is bruises from the fish darting in and out of the rocks

Hey guys I'm just wondering on something. if a fish gets stressed out while being transported and acclimated to a new tank, then gets ich becuase of being stressed out, can the ich eventually go away or will it over time kill the fish? :frustrat:

Hey guys I have a yellow watchman goby and the lights have been off for a day and just turned them on and he is a grayish color he is still eating and moving like normal, is anything wrong with him?

I have a question, when a description of a fish says it needs a certain number of gallons,does it mean total system volume or just of a display tank?

i personally wouldnt take anything from the ocean and put it in my tank becuase it could have disease, parasites, and other things and you dont even know if its reef safe

yea you can go more on mine I'm doing 36 leds and then ill order moon lights from rapid led if you do go with aquastlye and dont know how to solder you can probably find some youtube videos on how to solder

i am doing the same exact with a 40 reef. you need approx 36 leds and you'll be good for sps 2 good websites are Rapid LED and AquaStyleOnline the ones on aquastyle are ALOT cheaper than rapid led, but still the same exact lighting
