I have had the regular mandarins and they seem to only eat pods. the ora ones are supposed to eat regular food and are supoosed to be heartier

has anyone heard anything about the ora mandarins and are the green spotted the only ora.

the picture that dcantucson posted is the one that i have also. I moved it to the rock and it moved back to the sand and buried itself right to the top. some sand keeps going into the center and i brush it out by moving the water over it

my rock anemone dug into the sand at the bottom of my tank when put in the tank which has live rock. Only the top is above the sand. my question, is this normal?

they are really good looking I would like either one if they would live in my lighting

I'll have to look at them more when I solve the lighting poblem.

I like them all but the derosa and the maxima are the ones i think have nice color. I have not really looked at any of them to much because the lfs says they require a lot of light.

thanks, it looks like I will wait a little longer to get a clam. With the work they are doing with the leds in six months there may be greater options.

I did add the cpr sr3 protien skimmer in the rear of my biocube 29 and it seems to be working fine. I saw the new hood and light for the 29 but have not found where to get it or a price.

yes he does daily water change to his reek and will draw off some .

I guess that I will have to get some water from my lfs. He will sell me premix off his reef tank or straight ro water.

why is it necessary to do water changes if the water tests perfect and the tank is healthy? If changing How often?

I have a 29biocube and need a cuc. what and how many should I have? I have 5 nerite snails, 1 skunk shrimp,1 sand cleaning seastar 5 hermit crabs. I have 23 lbs of live rock and 40lbs live sand. :helm2:

I need to purchase a test kit for my 29 biocube and need to know which one to buy. Also should I get a test stripe one or one that you put drops in the sample.
