How far from the bottom do you put the middle baffle?

Does it matter what side the bubble trap is on? My plan right now is to have a 11 inch high baffle seperating my drain and skimmer. Then a bubble trap, then the fuge, then a 6 inch baffle seperating my return pump from the fuge.

Going to start to build the sump tomorrow. Any good tips for setting the baffles?

I am going to split the return line and run it to both sides of the tank. I am also going to use flow accelerators. What would you recommend for power heads? Seems like a lot of flow with 3/4 returns.
