There is 2 drains :) Biggest issue I'm working with now is air bubbles causing a lot of splash so I am at the drawing bored for a fix.

A downspout will be added on the inlet side and a strainer will be added to keep chaeto from exiting. I added the salt last night and watched the flow in the sump and fuge, there is actually a nice slow tumble in the fuge. The downspout wll just help prevent splashing on the fuge light

Sounds possible, just have to make sure you drain exactly 10 gallons everytime otherwise you may drain to much or little effecting you salinity during your water changes.

Please once you have this thing installed, I want a full report of it...color, intensity, dimming capabilities, and if you can get some par readings throughout your tank, that would be awesome. I havent purchased the LEDs for the 180 yet so I have a lot of options but this fixture loooks spiffy...

Might want to top off with some freshwater :) As that water line lowers, your salinity increases. unstable salinity leads to stressed fish and can effect some corals.

I bought the beamworks led fixture for mine. Not sure how reliable it will be as it was only like $50 on ebay but it is hella bright and being LED, its energy efficient.

My sump said to tell your sump, its not the looks that count, only in how its used ;) so therefor my sump sees your sump as being equal.

Made some more progress towards the tank, purchased and installed the carbon and gfo reactors, also received the light for my fuge. Currently have it resting on the tank but in the future, I may hang it above and house some mangroves.

Looks to be easily $400 sitting there, I nearly died at the register when I bought all of my plumbing for my 180. I'm sure the unions and valves will all pay off in the future
