What do you suggest for a beginner for corals? I dont want to pick the wrong coral to start off with.

Thanks Little Fish :) The one article I read said to put in 1 snail per gallon of water.. that seems like an awful lot of snails does it not??? i'd be putting in 75 of them lol

They checked our water and said it was great. Something about it not being a drilled well was better than if it was a drilled well. There are also no farms in the area. So we're lucky there. :)

ok.. not going with the 46 bow. I've settled on a 75 gallon with built in cabinet. It's not predrilled. I loved the cabinet it was in so that was a decision maker. would you suggest making my own saltwater or should i get pre made at a local aquaria store

oh.. thats what the aquaria store told me to do.. the 72 gallon tank isnt drilled.. and they told me to get the filter

Hi Everyone, As previously stated I'm a newbie to saltwater aquariums. Yesterday we looked at our *pending* 75 gallon tank. We looked at a Marineland and a Fluval filter system both for 100 gallon tanks. Which would be better?
