75g cloudy

Hey guys. My tank has been up since last monday so almost a week. Its cleared up but still cloudy. I know i do not have enough live rock in it yet for a good BIO filtration but just wondering what could be causing it to still be cloudy. Any suggestions?

I'm in the same position, brother, except I've only had it in for a day. I'm going to get my canister filter out because all that silt just won't clear out without some sort of filtration. There's just nowhere for it to go.

Every time I have started a tank I have used a powerfilter to help get the tank clear at the start. I would rinse the cartridge every few hours.

Give it time. Out will clear both my tanks took a little bit to clear. Run the filter to speed it up.

mine was pretty cloudy too. I used some Bonded filter in my bubble separator in the fuge . Just cut to fit and it cleared up the water in no time

Honestly, get a canister filter and stuff it with filter floss. It works wonders.
