i have a question for whoever can help me, im having problems with 1 coral i usually get lucky on every coral placement.'
the leather with green tips i posted a pic of it on page 1 or 2..
doesnt wanna open up anymore, does anyone know where to place him in the tank.???

45lbs of liverock.
does it prefer strong flow or anything? for some reason i cant keep the easiet of corals like a leather i never been able to keep one alive. anything else i been good with.
it opens up a lil but not like it used to, used to look strong an healthy an happy

Are you sure its not trying to shed?
Most leathers like a fairly strong current because it helps remove the slime when they start sheding.

I'd think that about anywhere in tank would be fine with your lights.Leathers are more of a moderate light coral.

i put it in the strongest flow area in my tank, but my tank doesnt have a really good strong flow section so i did the best i can... it looks like the coral is mad still but its opening like its coming back :D looks better than it has in the last few days thank you guys med-strong flow they seem to love. not low
